Going Within

False Foundations: The Problem of Underlying Foundations also known as Assumptions or Beliefs

In order to expand beyond a holding pattern state of limitation and restriction, you have to know you are in a restricted state.

You also have to know there is a possibility that there is a greater awareness, experience, state going beyond who you think you are, to an expanded world connected to your own intuition and inspiration and being in harmony with the universes lores.

You can't fix something if you don't know its broken.

How is it that we don’t know that there is a better way, and what it is, and how to achieve that?

Have you ever had a discussion with someone who has a different viewpoint than you?

Even though you presented a logical reason for your viewpoint and independent substantiated supporting evidence, the other person maintained their viewpoint.

The main reason, it seems, that this happens is that the other person has come into the discussion with underlying foundational assumptions or beliefs.

As long as these false foundations are not addressed before the discussion, and not changed, then it doesn’t matter what the discussion is, no matter how compelling, the same perception will most likely remain at the end of the discussion.

Someone may fight to the death defending these false foundations, which are the very  things that is restricting them.

Whatever reinforces or affirms one or more of these false Foundations in your life, it is most likely a part of the holding pattern that you experience, that prevents you from changing the unwanted feelings, situations etc.

Looking at the world situation, if the underlying foundations are not addressed, the world has a lot less chance of changing.  

The mass human consciousness is made up of individual consciousness. The main reason an individual has trouble changing, is that the unwanted feelings are coming from within the person themselves, not from the outside world .

The past is relived and maybe also projected into the future and they are not aware of that.

In order to change one has to realise the unwanted feelings are not originating in the outside world, but from within, and to live in the present moment, not in the past or future.

The ongoing negative emotions causing suffering are not coming from who you really are. They are coming from within, reliving the past, and bringing up thoughts, recreating the emotions, using what's currently happening as an excuse, keeping you in a loop.

If the individual is living in an environment that has underlying false foundations, that keep this information hidden, the individual has greater difficulty changing their behaviour pattern.

No matter what is attempted, (while the underlying assumptions are in place), the current situation will most likely persist.   

So what are these false foundations, assumptions or beliefs?

3 KEEP YOU LIVING/THINKING ABOUT THE PAST OR THE FUTURE
